• Rockville Public Library
    Funded and endowed by local textile manufacturer George Maxwell in 1893, Rockville Public Library is a non-profit 501(c)3 library serving the entire town of Vernon, CT. Two thirds of the library's operating costs are paid through the endowment left by the Maxwell Family and by Library Fundraising. The reamining third is paid through our partnership with the Town of Vernon.
