This educational series of workshops will include topics such as My Plate Healthy Eating Tips, Reading and Understanding Nutrition Facts Labels, Decreasing Sugar and Increasing Fiber with information on Diabetes, Healthy Fats and Fast Food Disasters.

There will also be a food demo with a healthy tasting available!
