Special Collections
Holocaust Collection
Rockville Public Library has one of the largest Holocaust collections available in a public library in the State of Connecticut. Thanks to the Congregation B’Nai Israel , Vernon, CT who donated the Dan LeBlanc collection from their library when they disbanded in 2009. Since that time Mr. LeBlanc has continued to add to this already impressive collection.

Local History
Local History works (call numbers beginning with LH) and some Connecticut reference works (numbers beginning with R) are located in the Community Room in the library. Please ask staff for these items. You will be asked to leave your driver’s license with staff during the time that you are working with these items. Most reference titles are located in the reference room. Works in both of these collections may be used only in the library.
