Come find out about Tai-Chi! Local instructor Susan Barlow will offer free, socially distant classes outdoors in the library’s upper parking lot. No experience necessary.
Tai-chi helps to calm the mind, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen muscles and bones.
This class is for all ages and includes a series of warm-ups and Qi Gong exercises.
Registration is required.
