Tai-Chi Class

Come by the library for tai-chi classes with local instructor Susan Barlow. Tai-chi helps to calm the mind, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen muscles and bones. This class is for all ages and includes a series of warm-ups and Qi Gong exercises. Mats provided.
