Reserving a Meeting Room
DUE TO RESTRICTIONS CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ROOM RESERVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
There are two meeting rooms available to the public:
Community Room (capacity: 30) has a Smartboard and sound system and is on the main level.
Peck Room (capacity: 70) is on the lower level (has a movie screen, but you need your own projector).

You can reserve the room up to 4 months in advance, but no later than 7 days before the requested date.
There is no charge for local non-profit, religious, civic and governmental groups, as long as the meeting does not go over regular library hours. After that time, there is a $25/hour fee. Commercial groups are asked to pay $25/hour.
The Library does not lend equipment at this time.
